Kubarn is a magical log cabin, designed by Kuba for comfortable dining year-round, with seating for just four people at a time, which has been built in Kuba’s garden at his home in Bourton on the Water in the Cotswolds,.
Dishes include smoked sturgeon with its own caviar, kohlrabi and dill, sauerkraut roll with potato and buckwheat, roe deer rack with hunter’s stew and parsnip, wagyu beef fat focaccia, homemade cultured butter, poppy seed and brioche pudding, sea buckthorn baked Alaska.
Kuba has also appeared on Saturday Kitchen on BBC2, Saturday Morning with James Martin on ITV, Food Network TV and regularly takes part in local food festivals like our very own.
