Wet Weather Guarantee
No one can predict the weather and lets face it, at times the good old British Weather sucks.
That's why for extra piece of mind, we've introduced our Wet Weather Guarantee.
If any of our festival days are affected by more than 35% rain on the day, you can come back on another day, or even to another festival for FREE (subject to our terms and conditions below)
1) You must attend the festival on date your ticket is valid for. Weather can vary dramatically from one location to another and it's often the case it can be raining at home and not just a mile down the road. Our wet weather guarantee is only applicable to ticket holders who attend our festival on the day. If you decide to stay home because you think it's going to rain, we're sorry but your guarantee will not come into effect.
2) Our Wet Weather guarantee is specific to individual festival days. If you have booked a weekend festival ticket and only one day is affected by rain, then you will be awarded a return ticket for another festival for one day only. If both original festival days are affected by rain you will be awarded a return weekend ticket to another festival but this may not be split across festivals.
3) There are no cash alternatives. Returning another day for FREE is exactly that, FREE return entry to either another day or another festival. No refunds will be offered in the event of poor weather but we will give you FREE entry to another festival day without charge.
4) The Wet Weather Guarantee will only be actioned by The Local Food Festival LTD. We remain on site at all of our festivals throughout, so are very well aware of exactly what the weather is doing. In the event of poor weather affecting more than 35% of the day, we will send all those who ATTENDED on the day a voucher code to claim their FREE return ticket. Individual requests for return tickets will not be accepted. Similarly we will not accept requests with copies of weather reports. You must attend the festival to know what the weather is actually doing on site. Even if it does rain, its often only for a small amount of time and quickly passes but we do understand this can impact your enjoyment of our event and is why we have introduced the guarantee. There is always something to do whatever the weather and we don't doubt you will still have a great time at our festival come rain or shine.
