Tony has been in the industry for almost 20 years, working across a range of different kitchens and has experience in curating classical French to Nordic inspired cuisine. His impressive portfolio includes being the former Head Chef at Graham Garrett’s, The West House, where he helped to maintain the restaurant's Michelin Star, being the private chef for Lord and Lady Bamford, as well as cooking at the only 2 Michelin starred restaurant in Copenhagen at the time, Kommendaten.
