Our journey begins with the careful selection of the finest raw honey. This golden elixir undergoes a meticulous fermentation process that spans four weeks. This extended fermentation allows a wide range of flavours to form, and differs from the traditional use of grain spirit!
Following fermentation, our distiller employ a triple distillation method to ensure the utmost purity and refinement. This painstaking process results in a smooth and well-balanced base spirit, setting the stage for the introduction of well-sourced premium botanicals.
Introducing our flagship creations – the Gin with a hint of Kaffir Lime and Orange, and the Gin with a hint of Zesty Raspberry Honey. In the former, the vibrant notes of kaffir lime and sun-kissed oranges complement the honeyed foundation, creating a harmonious fusion of citrus brightness and natural smoothness.
Meanwhile, our Gin with a hint of Zesty Raspberry Honey offers a luscious and invigorating experience. A traditional 6 botanical recipe meets a twist in a subtle addition raspberry honey (where the bees feed on raspberry nectar!), this elevates this gin to a level of sophistication that is both refreshing and indulgent.
