Bold and innovative, the brand was founded in 2014 by James Morgan and Richard Craig and their first brewery operated out of a stable behind their pub, The Antelope, before relocating to its new home on Sandown Industrial Estate in Esher, Surrey. Headed up by Executive Chef Piers Driver, all menus across the site champion the freshest, locally sourced ingredients with outstanding menus that runs the gamut from refined grills through to house-smoked meats, seafood, sharing boards and small plates.
