La Paella Paella, Mouth-wateringly Delicious!! Freshly cook right before your very eyes.
We are a family-owned and run Paella trailer and with our colourful set up we have been doing the Food Festivals/Corporate lunches/Street Food Events to name a few around the south of the UK.
We cook all our Paella's fresh on the day of the event and serve 4 different types including a Seafood Paella, Chicken & Spanish Chorizo, Chicken and Vegetables and a Vegan/Veg Option.
All our ingredients are imported from Spain to provide you that authentic Spanish Cuisine and our vegetables are sourced locally.
We follow the practice of only using biodegradable materials and we also have a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating awarded by the Essex County Council
