Onyx Bars are a full bar service company based in Hampshire. After 35 years of experience in the creative events industry with Onyx Events we decided to take our skills from the world of events and apply them to the exciting world of bars.
With over 35 year’s experience in events industry having been in the service industry we decided to venture into the world of bars too. We are confident in our creative and operational experience and use this to create authentic environments and experiences for our clients. We love to develop relationships and to understand our clients’ visions, meaning that our partners have confidence in our ability to add value in all areas of bar service. Onyx Bars specialise in activating bars and creating amazing bar environments at different events across the UK. Over the years we have managed bars for different clients and partners at countless festivals, sporting events, and private functions. We also have lots of experience designing and building bespoke bars working with the client from conception of the brief to delivery of the bar. We love working with people on big ideas and using our experience to help our partners to think outside the box. The Tack and Tipple is our flagship bar and our pride and joy. In 2017 we took a 7.5 Ton Horse Lorry and transformed it into a fully functioning portable bar equipped with 16 draft taps, a roof terrace (max. capacity 15 people), Wi-Fi and PA system. The Tack and Tipple has been all over the country over the past few years at festivals, sporting events and private functions. This vehicle is available for hire and is entirely re-brandable, meaning that we can tailor it to your specific requirements. The Tack and Tipple is a unique vehicle and we love thinking about where it might end up on its next adventure.
