We are a fresh pasta and sauce subscription service started by husband-and-wife team James and Rebecca. Each week our customers receive a delicious pasta dish for two, four or six people, made fresh each day in our kitchen in South London. Each dish includes fresh pasta, a delicious homemade sauce, fresh parmesan, and a menu card explaining how to prepare it. James and Rebecca had always dreamt of opening a fresh pasta restaurant in London. So, in 2017 they packed up their possessions and their 6-month-old son and went on a tour of Italy to learn the authentic way to make fresh pasta. James even worked as an apprentice at L’erba del Re in Modena, one of the best restaurants in Italy. They fulfilled their dream and opened a fresh pasta restaurant called Nonna Tonda in Victoria. However, in 2020 the pandemic hit, and they were forced to close. They adapted and started delivering their pasta and sauces to the homes of their most loyal customers.
