Grate was founded on a true love for the humble potato. Having worked in and sampled London’s street food offering over the last few years we noticed a lack of homage to this versatile ingredient. We decided to use our favourite form of potato, the delicious rösti, and take it from its Swiss origins and transport it around the world, with toppings touching different corners of the globe. Our entire menu is gluten-free as one of the founders is a coeliac.
