We will be Proudly making authentic traditional Jamaican food with natural herbs and spices. All my recipes are carried down from my family history to ensure we keep our flavours the way we were taught. My signature dishes are Curried goat and Jerk chicken, marinated in natural herbs and spices for at least 5 days to ensure it's seasoned to the bone. All my dishes will be prepared and cooked fresh every day.
