Inspired by witnessing the richness of Mexican street food while growing up in Mexico City and Tijuana a city located in the north of Mexico, CARNE’s offering showcase the diverse flavours and cooking techniques originally used in Mexican Street food.
With over a hundred different ways to prepare Tacos all over the country, we have mastered our iconic recipes, keeping the authentic flavours embedded in our dishes. Mexico has a rich variety of home-grown ingredients. It’s no surprise that so many people have travelled to Mexico for the gastronomic experience.
CARNE aim is to bring the TACO experience to the streets of London using authentic ingredients and flavours, making Mexican street food a very exciting and attractive offering.
