We believe that great food should be an experience, which is why we cook in front of our customers, using pans for hot holding to showcase the sights, sounds, and smells of true street food culture. Our setup is designed for efficiency and hygiene, featuring a 3x3 gazebo, a sink, a chest freezer, a water boiler, and both small and large gas burners, ensuring that every meal is prepared to perfection.
