We use traditional methods by cooking over an open fire using Imported African Hardwoods to smoke and enhance the flavour of all our meat. At festivals we offer:

100% Plant-Based Burgers
Big, juicy and seriously tasty, this 100% Plant-Based Burger is packed with vegetables and a unique blend of spices, topped with lettuce, tomato, and smoked caramelised onions.
All our offerings come with a choice of Tomato sauce or Mrs. Ball’s Traditional South African Chutney.
