Bray Cured produces brilliant British charcuterie with a taste of place. We use fantastic local produce and recipes inspired by where we are to create cured meats which are distinctive and delicious. We source our meat from passionate farmers, hunters and herdspeople, working within a few miles of our base in Berkshire. We cure, smoke and spice by hand, producing small batches of the very best British cured meats.
Our range includes beef, pork, venison and hogget charcuterie, along with charcuterie accompaniments and special editions.
