You could say it all began when city met country in No 97 and One One Four – two neighbourhood restaurants in the leafy suburbs of South West London. As bartenders, we wanted to create a gin that was an expression of our travels and experiences, including all the interesting flavours we’d discovered along the way. Add to that a real passion for gin and the diverse flavours each different gin presents, it seemed only natural to create our own.
Juniper, pink grapefruit and earl grey tea combine beautifully to create a this new contemporary style gin. Distilled in a traditional copper pot still in small batches of 100 bottles, the finish is aromatic with citrus notes and a hint of spice.
