Beas Catering by Chef Ban Lyngdoh, with over 20 years of experience in the Catering Industry and having done his Hotel Management from India and discovering his love and Passion for cooking, Ban started his first job with Mainland China, one of the leading Chinese Chain of Restaurants in India. Having moved to England Ban has worked his way up to the position of a Head Chef from Pubs to Hotels and Wedding Venues, and now Beas Catering is happy to bring to you two of his favourite Cuisine, catering for Asian, Texan and Mexican cuisine.
