Lee’s passion for food started young and has remained with him all his life.

A qualified and time-served chef with Michelin star experience, there isn’t much he doesn’t know about great cooking and how ingredients play with each other to achieve the best-tasting results.

His love affair with chillies came later – about 2016 to be precise. Experimenting (like he does!) with some chillies he’d grown on his own windowsill, he created the now infamous Original Reaper chilli sauce, and he was hooked.

Fuelled by his love of great food and determined to share his knowledge and expertise with everyone he can, Lee went on to blend and sell the other signature chilli products you can find on this website.

His aim is to make it easy for even the most novice cook to elevate their meals to a whole new level of taste and enjoyment. And the relishes, seasonings and sauces he’s been dedicated to bringing to the market do exactly that.

Believing that we can all have fun exploring new and adventurous flavours in our food infuses Lee’s whole attitude, and it’s infectious! A few minutes in his company will have you not only drooling over his dishes (you’re forgiven, we all do it!) but excited about how you could achieve what he shows you.

And that’s what he wants you to do – go away and have fun with your food!

The Badger name? Apparently, it’s a nickname Lee picked up at school that just stuck… which is pretty black and white. ????
