Penelope's Pitstop was created to demonstrate the love I developed for South American flavours after living and working there for over 10 years. We fuse the best dishes from South America to create our menus, showcasing sustainable local ingredients such as Hastings Fish. Many of our ingredients are home-grown in our allotment or garden. We serve Argentinean style Milanesas, Venezuelan arepas, empanadas, sweet potato fries, and slow-cooked brisket. Many of our options are gluten-free and we also have a fantastic vegan menu. We also make our own range of delicious hot sauces.
